What data we process
The data you voluntarily send through the contact form, email or WhatsApp: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject of your inquiry, public platform and link related to your case, and your message. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or confidential information in your first message.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry and, if you ask, to schedule an appointment.
- If you engage our services, to manage the professional relationship.
We do not use your data for advertising or newsletters, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form or write to us, and, if you engage our services, pre-contractual steps and the performance of the professional services agreement.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement: deleted no later than six months after the last contact.
- Clients: for the duration of the professional relationship and for as long as applicable legal and professional obligations require.
Who else may access it
The providers that make the service possible: website hosting, email and, if you contact us that way, WhatsApp (Meta). Some of these providers may store data outside Ecuador. We will also disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under Ecuador’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protection, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification and updating, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent, by writing to admin@jurixservicios.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may contact Ecuador’s Superintendency for Personal Data Protection.
